Everyone loves a trip to Echo Valley. This unique volunteer run area is a modern, yet simple, small town ski area quite different from what you will find anywhere else.
Ski, Snowboard or Tube with us and see what you think of a hill where kids can roam safely on their own and locals are glad you came!!
Echo Valley is also the gateway to cross-country skiing at Echo Ridge and snowmobiling from the snow park.

Ski & Board Safe Kids!
-
Make sure your equipment is fitted properly before riding the lift to the top of the mountain!
-
Dress warmly to avoid frostbite.
-
Wear sunglasses to cut down on glare from the sun and snow.
-
Always stay in control! Be sure that you can stop or avoid other people or obstacles.
-
People down slope have the right of way. That means it is up to you to avoid them!
-
Don't stop in the middle of a trail or slope. You may cause an accident!
-
Don't stop in a blind curve or below the crest of a hill. The other skiers cannot avoid you if they cannot see you!
-
Whenever starting downhill or merging onto a trail, be sure to yield to others.
-
Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment. Use pole straps when NOT on the lift.
-
Watch for warnings!
